All our web site hosting plans carry a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 14 days and before you have consumed 3 GB of data transfer, you will be given a full refund excluding any set-up fees.

Domain name registration is not refundable. There are no refunds for clients after the initial 14 days or 3GB transfer. We do not provide pro-rata refunds.

All cancellations must be requested through our support system.
